Things I tried before finding this solution It is missing in Device Manager, even if you view hidden devices (no imaging devices or cameras shown) The webcam becomes unavailable and no application can use it, even if you have it enabled in Dragon Center. I have myself had issues since the latest version of Dragon Center was released, along with the subsequent Windows Updates being installed as well.
